Prior to the Sale (Tagging Everything)

We will unpack, sort and set up your home like it’s a retail store. We merchandise so it is organized and easy to see everything. Items will be tagged with a price so shoppers know what we expect them to pay. We advertise your sale online, alert followers by email that your photo album has been posted and then use professional directional signage to alert local drive-by shoppers.

Staging your home to sell

If you need to have photos taken for listing the house for sale we can stage with your existing furniture before we actually set up the items for sale. Photos are taken, and then we hold the sale to clear out everything for the closing date.
